Cellectis invites applications for a LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (M/F) for the department GMP Solutions and Manufacturing, based at the headquarter in Paris, France.

This position is focused on ensuring availability of GMP raw materials and managing logistics for Investigational Medicinal Products.

Job description:

  • As LOGISTICS SPECIALIST you will participate, as part of the Supply Chain team, to gene therapy programs and other programs, in ensuring GMP raw materials availability and manage Investigational Medicinal Products distribution.
  • You will manage daily activities at the outsourced warehouse and distribution center for the GMP raw materials and Investigational Medicinal Products.
  • You will oversee inventories of GMP raw materials across the Supply Chain.
  • You will plan and execute the re-supply of GMP raw materials to maintain the inventory levels and ensure the continuity of the manufacturing activities.
  • You will engage with external logistical service provider and raw material suppliers worldwide for ensuring that timelines and defined objectives are met.
  • You will be responsible for the timely delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products to the investigational sites worldwide.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining data in the information system (master data, inventory, traceability of products etc.)
  • You will participate in Supply Chain improvement projects and cross functional project teams as needed.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Master degree in logistics or engineering with a logistic/supply chain specialization.
  • Excellent knowledge of transportation, warehousing and logistics concepts.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical and / or GMP biotechnology industry preferred.
  • Previous experience in cold chain logistics (especially frozen, deep-frozen) would be a plus.

  • Rigorous and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, can-do mentality and team spirit.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to apply multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Ability to work with clearly defined critical paths, milestones and timelines.
